Published March 10, 2026

At a glance

From Week 9 to Week 10, Legde focused on faster leasing workflows, team collaboration, stronger conversion from listing views to bookings, and a cleaner mobile-first experience.

Week 9 - Faster Tenanting with Applications, Listings, and Viewings

You can go from vacancy to qualified prospect with fewer manual steps.

  • Accept rental applications online and review applicants in one structured pipeline.
  • Publish public listings with photos and shareable links.
  • Collect interest, let prospects book viewings, and manage cancellations with less back-and-forth.

Week 9 - Team Collaboration for Growing Portfolios

You can now work as a team instead of using one shared account.

  • Invite teammates with clear access levels (owner, admin, manager, viewer).
  • Limit access by property where needed.
  • See team activity history and manage permissions from a dedicated Team & Access area.

Week 10 - Better Conversion from Listing View to Viewing Booking

Prospects can move through your funnel more smoothly, and you get clearer lead signals.

  • Interest capture is cleaner and more user-friendly, with optional qualification details.
  • Landlords now have quick lead actions such as call and WhatsApp shortcuts.
  • Viewing reminders help reduce no-shows and missed appointments.

Week 10 - Simpler, Cleaner Experience Across Key Pages

Core pages are easier to scan and act on, especially on mobile.

  • Property, leads, listing, and apply pages were redesigned for clearer layout and decisions.
  • Action buttons and status indicators are more obvious and consistent.
  • The experience is now more intuitive for day-to-day operations.

What is next

  • Week 11: Document storage for leases, IDs, and receipts.
  • Week 12: Visitor and guest pass workflows.
