How do gate passes work?
A resident creates a pass for their visitor in the Ledge portal and shares the code. At the gate, security enters the code on a phone browser to confirm it is valid for today. There is nothing to install, and the estate can revoke a pass at any time.
Can residents see how the estate's money is spent?
Yes, if the committee chooses to publish. Estate accounts show residents the year's dues collected and spending by category. Until you publish, the figures stay visible to the committee only.
