Yes — standard Paystack rates (1.5% capped at ₦2,000) apply to online payments. By default these are passed through to the tenant. Manual payments cost nothing.

If you own the properties yourself, you're a landlord — pick Free / Starter / Growth based on unit count. If you manage properties for other landlords (and need to send them statements + track management fees), you're an agency — pick Agency or Agency Pro. The onboarding asks this question and routes you to the right plan.

Same volume, different feature set. Growth is for landlords managing their own units. Agency is double the price because it unlocks owner statements, management fee tracking, and per-owner payouts — features only agencies need.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel takes effect at the end of your current monthly cycle. Export your data with one click before you leave.

Monthly plans are non-refundable past the current cycle. In the first 60 days post-signup we'll consider pro-rata goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis if something has gone wrong.

We retry automatically over the first few days and email/SMS you to update your card. Starter / Growth gets a 7-day grace period before your plan pauses; Agency / Agency Pro gets 14 days (cash-flow reality). Your data is retained for 90 days after pause.
