We’re building Ledge with — not for — Nigerian landlords. From WhatsApp rent chasing to lawyer-drawn leases, we know the problems because we’ve lived them.

Our story

We built Ledge because nothing else fit.

Every property manager in Nigeria runs the same playbook: a property spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group per building, a stack of receipts in a folder somewhere, and a lawyer on retainer for the next lease.

We tried the global tools. Buildium charges $58/month and expects rent to be monthly. AppFolio doesn’t speak Paystack. Local apps either look like 2012 or charge per property like SaaS doesn’t.

So we built Ledge. Paystack-native. Quarterly and annual cycles by default. Lease PDFs in seconds. Automatic reminders. A tenant portal that doesn’t need an app store install. Starting at ₦5,000/month for landlords; Agency tiers from ₦20,000/month for property managers running 20–150 units.
